How to get Started!

Step One:

Book a FREE one-on-one intro to CrossFit class and see what makes us so different from any other program.

Step Two:

Choose one of the following options.

Foundations Classes

  • Max of 6 people per class (Mon/ Wed/ Fri at 6:30pm only)
  • Sessions will focus on the basics of CrossFit and prepare you to enter regular group classes
  • Students will be required to keep a nutrition and fitness log during the program
  • All students must complete a minimum of 12 sessions and complete a checklist showing competency in the basics of CrossFit.  Acceptance into regular classes is at the discretion of the training staff.

Foundations "Fast Track"

  • Six one-on-one sessions with a CrossFit trainer, plus six group sessions.
  • We will work around your schedule
  • Sessions will focus on the basics of CrossFit and prepare you to enter regular group classes
  • Students will be required to keep a nutrition and fitness log during the program

Fitness Assesment

  • This is a one hour fitness test based on the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit, as well as basic body weight exercises and cardiovascular endurance.
  • A pass of the assesment will allow clients to join regular group classes.
  • If the assesment is not passed, the fee will be applied to either Foundations or Fast Track classes

Step Three:

Group Sessions

  • Once you have completed one of the above programs, you are free to join CrossFit Orillia as an unlimited monthly member
